HILLBILLY DAYS FESTIVAL
Keep Your Eye Out for This Grand Event NEXT YEAR.
Usually held in April but this year Hillbilly Days 2021 has been POSTPONED due to covid.
Pike county hosts one of the State’s Largest Festivals since 1977 in downtown Pikeville, KY and benefits the Shriners’ Children’s Hospital in Lexington, KY. Vendors, a carnival and multiple live music stages are just some the highlights.

MATEWAN MASSACRE REENACTMENT
Keep Your Eye Out for This Grand Event NEXT YEAR.
For 20 years enthusiasts have taken to the streets and performed
reenactments of this infamous event. Here is an excerpt from the 2018 performance.
The Massacre happened May 19, 1920 so the annual reenactment usually takes place in May, but was postponed last year due to covid and may be this year as well, as there’s no available information as of yet.
Keep an eye out for it, as many have really enjoyed this memorable, live production.
